INSTRUMENT SENIOR TECHNICIAN
Experience & Responsibilities :
• I have worked for SALSABIL CO. between the period of 1996 to 2000 as a professional general technician & automatic control (PLC) and maintenance for carbonated water cans and bottles production machine.
• Since January 2000 till date in Al Furat Petroleum Company, Damascus, Syria, at El wards oil field and Tanak oil field.
• Our main tasks are day-to-day preventive & predictive maintenance and trouble shooting activities, Calibration, process tuning, and fault finding of various process instruments.
• The area includes test, IP, and HP oil separators, heater treaters, free water knock out, degassing boots, surge tanks, oil transfer pumps, SMITH LACT units, crude oil storage tanks, crude oil charge and shipping pumps, Smith fiscal metering facility, high pressure gas compressors and high pressure water injection pumps with advanced PLC and vibration monitoring systems connected to the central FOXBORO DCS including all required utility systems.
• Calibration of different types of instruments, ranging from the basic pneumatic shutdown and control system of FOXBORO I/A DCS and safeguarding systems.
• Execute all required preventive, corrective and troubleshooting activities in the area (weekly, monthly, three monthly and yearly).
• Support to implement devices calibrations and installations.
• Distribute daily activities according to staff competency level.
• Carry out and support all workshop, bench set activities.
• Deal with the maintenance management system in the area (IMMPOWER) high level to keep up a good job planning Create PTW’s and work
